HEXMART sells digital educational content including guides, tutorials, course enrollments, and productivity resources. All products are delivered digitally. Physical delivery is not offered.

5. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
6. Limitation of Liability
HEXMART is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or purchased content. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.
7. Third-Party Services
Our guides and tutorials may reference third-party software tools and platforms. HEXMART has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, policies, or availability of third-party services. Users interact with third-party services at their own discretion.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
