No Refund Policy

All purchases made on HEXMART are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products — including guides, tutorials, course access, and downloadable content — we are unable to offer refunds once access or delivery has been provided.

This policy exists because digital content is immediately accessible and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Replacement Policy

We are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered. If you experience any of the following issues, we will provide a free replacement:

  • You received incorrect or incomplete content
  • The guide, tutorial, or access link provided is non-functional
  • You did not receive your purchase after a confirmed payment
  • The delivered content does not match the product description

To request a replacement, contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of your purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.
